At Eden Futures, we understand that effective leadership is crucial for delivering high-quality care and support to the people we serve. That’s why we’re committed to developing our leaders through comprehensive leadership programmes that focus on enhancing their skills and knowledge. Our leadership programmes are designed to equip our leaders with the tools they need to motivate and inspire their teams, build strong relationships with service users, and drive positive change within the organisation. By providing effective leadership and a collaborative approach to training, we’re able to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
We’re proud to be approved by the BildACT as a Maybo affiliate organisation. We work closely with Maybo to further develop skills and knowledge of our leaders which help them achieve licensed trainers/coaches.
We’re committed to co-producing services with those we support by encouraging people to write and review their own support plans where possible; to be involved in the recruitment of staff at all levels of the organisation, audit the quality of services, develop & review L&D / CPD modules and sessions for our employees and develop and review organisational policies.
“Being an Expert Partner is the right thing to do as it helps people who wouldn’t be normally included to feel involved. I enjoy being an Expert Partner as it helps me meet new people and expand my social circle.”
