When an employee first joins Eden Futures, they’re paid to complete a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning and shadowing experienced members of their team.
For those new to care, we ensure they’re given the support to complete their Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to their role.
We’re partnering with Paragon Skills as our apprenticeship provider, offering a wide range of apprenticeships across all areas of our business.
