We understand that not everyone has experience of working in the care sector, and that is why we recruit individuals based on their values.
When an employee first joins Eden Futures, they’re paid to complete a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning and shadowing experienced members of their team.
For those new to care, we ensure they’re given the support to complete their Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to their role.
We’re partnering with Paragon Skills as our apprenticeship provider, offering a wide range of apprenticeships across all areas of our business.
