Eden Futures supports adults who are autistic or have a learning or physical disability or experience mental ill health.
As an independent supported living provider, Eden Futures works closely with local commissioning teams and ICB’s to support vulnerable adults live in their own home.
“We support people to live
the life they choose.”
People supported by 1400 members of staff
Working across the Midlands and North of England, Eden Futures supports people living in a range of accommodation styles including individual apartments, specialist single story properties and shared houses. Every person we support has their own tenancy agreement and front door.
Eden Futures is committed to delivering support that is grounded in the individual needs, wishes and aspirations of the person receiving it, recognising its moral and legislative obligations. We pride ourselves on positive risk taking.
Our intention is that people are treated as individuals and that people’s needs, wishes and aspirations are responded to in a person-centered way. This acknowledges how they are affected by their diagnosis but does not define them by it because we cultivate a culture of shared learning and development.
Our teams have the skills, knowledge and experience to provide support that empowers people and promotes improved quality of life outcomes.
Supported living is having your own home and support from others to help you live the life you want to.
We encourage positive risk taking to help grow the horizons of those we support, and we encourage our employees to show courage and speak out if something is not right.
Those whom we support can be amongst the most vulnerable in society, and we expect the highest levels of integrity from our employees.
We expect our every action to be geared to the, wishes and feelings of those whom we support.
We expect our employees to remain positive in all their interactions – no matter how challenging the situation.
Employees of Eden Futures are expected to focus solely on the delivery of support without distraction or prejudice.
As the needs of those we support change over time, our employees must be able to respond to that change in a positive way.
