Each year, every member of staff is eligible to win a Care Award, regardless of role and length of service and we welcome applications from staff, the people we support and their loved ones, and external parties.
In alignment with our commitment to acknowledging excellence across all areas of Eden Futures, we introduced new award categories 2024 and revamped our recognition framework to highlight the diverse talents and achievements within our Eden family.
Our monthly Shining Stars programme recognises outstanding employees or teams who share our values and show exemplary individual achievement, contribution, and performance beyond their day-to-day jobs.
All Shining Star winners are automatically placed into a shortlist for the Shining Star Care Award each year.
