Eden Futures’ 2024 Quality Account

We are delighted to publish our 2024 Quality Account, highlighting the great work done by our staff teams throughout 2024 to help the individuals we support live their best lives. 

Sarah Frank, Quality and Governance Director comments: “2024 was a year of digital change for Eden Futures, with the introduction of digital care records. This has been embraced by all operational staff with the full rollout due to be completed this summer, bringing positive change to the way we record the support we provide.”

“Our 2024 Summer Roadshows resonated well with our teams, sharing best practise and learning. With the positive feedback we received we will be looking to organise more throughout 2025. These events are a great opportunity for our operational managers to get together and share experiences and learning, supported by our leadership team and organisational experts.”

Throughout 2025 we will be progressing with our digital work and continuing to support innovation in this area to enable our teams to continue to provide excellent support throughout the organisation.
