We’ve been Investors in People ‘GOLD Accredited’ since 2022, and we want to keep growing! We’re proud to continue our partnership with Investors in People to understand what we’re doing well and how we can continue to make Eden Futures a great place to work. To help us on this journey, our 2025 Investors in People Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) launches TODAY!

This survey is available to all Eden Futures staff, and we encourage everyone to take part. Listening to feedback helps us to understand how everyone feels and how we can improve what we do.

To ensure all our staff have an opportunity to take part and and we gather as much feedback as possible, our EOS window will be open until 24th February 2025.

The results of this survey are important to us. We are not just looking for response numbers; we genuinely want to know what our people think and how they feel. We encourage all our staff to answer honestly, so that we can use the findings to make valuable improvements to benefit every employee and those we support.

We look forward to sharing our feedback with staff in April 2025, following our 3-year IIP Assessment!
