We are pleased to announce that Lisa Duff, Learning & Development Manager is a finalist in the Social Care Leadership Awards in the Workforce Development Leader category!

This award acknowledges the importance of the role of workforce development within the care service. It identifies an individual who has shown incredible enthusiasm and determination in identifying training and development needs of care staff, establishing rolling training programmes, searching for, and gaining funding and proving their ability to enthuse and energise staff to attend and request training.

The Social Care Top 30, Leadership and Premier Supplier Awards 2023 will take place on Thursday 12th October 2023 in the London Hilton Bankside Hotel.
