We’re thrilled to announce that Lorna Durrant, our Head of Specialist Strategies and Outcomes, and Eden’s Specialist Support Team has won The Great Autism Practice Award at The National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards! In addition, Specialist Team Manager, Bradley Webster was a finalist in The Frontline Leader Award.
At the ceremony the judges said: “Lorna’s passion for ensuring that autistic people are central to the business and its development through the autism partnership project allows the business to grow, improve and thrive. The partnership project ensures the autistic voice is heard in all areas of the business such as recruitment, training and quality audits. Lorna should be very proud of her work.”
