Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do

At Eden Futures we firmly believe in the connection between the wellbeing of our staff and the quality of care and support we provide.

Underpinned by our values of being Brave, Honest, Caring and Compassionate, Positive, Professional, and Responsive, our NEW Wellbeing Policy launching in May 2024 reflects our commitment to not just the physical and mental health of our employees but also their overall wellbeing.

Our intention is to build a workforce that is happy, resilient and able to fulfil their potential as we develop and grow our services.

In our new policy we cover:

  • Promoting positive mental and physical health and wellbeing at Eden Futures.
  • Raising awareness of the importance of self-care and personal responsibility.
  • Providing support to leaders to understand their role and responsibilities when their team members face challenges. 
  • Signposting staff to reputable sources of information for additional support.

 

EdenEvolve is a module-based leadership programme for everyone with people management responsibilities at Eden Futures. The programme features 16 modules including: Wellbeing at Work, the Menopause at Work, Equality, Diversity and Dignity at Work, equipping our leaders to create a supportive, engaging environment for all.

All our wellbeing and people engagement initiatives are designed in partnership with our team of ‘Eden Influencers’. This group of staff and Expert Partners shape our People Strategy, ensuring that every voice is heard, every concern is addressed, and every achievement is celebrated.
