Eden Futures supports adults who are autistic or have a learning or physical disability or experience mental ill health.
As an independent supported living provider, Eden Futures works closely with local commissioning teams and ICB’s to support vulnerable adults live in their own home.
We recognise the importance of providing person-led services to people with support needs and helping them to move progressively through their care pathway towards greater independence.
Eden Futures enables people to live fulfilling lives in whatever circumstances people choose. We support people to be as independent as possible to achieve what they want to with their lives. Our support packages meet individual needs and range from a few hours a week to 24/7 care and support.
Supporting people with a learning disability is the foundation of our service. Through years of experience, our staff team has a wealth of knowledge and training to call on when responding to the needs of all the individuals we care for. 43% of the individuals we support have a learning disability.
We have a proven track record of providing flexible, creative solutions to support people with an autism spectrum diagnosis. Our Autism Strategy aims to deliver exceptional autism specific support, enhancing the quality of life for individuals.
