Our Shining Stars programme recognises outstanding employees or teams who share our values and show exemplary individual achievement, contribution, and performance beyond their day-to-day jobs.
Nominations for Shining Stars can be made by staff members, individuals we support and their loved ones, and external parties.
Each year, every member of staff is eligible to win an Eden Futures Care Award, regardless of role and length of service. During the nomination window, we welcome applications from staff, the people we support and their loved ones, and external parties.
Throughout recognition month, each of our services will host their own Care Awards and event to celebrate our achievements over the year and announce our Care Award Winners.
Our Long Service Awards Scheme is a testament to our appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and loyalty that our employees have consistently demonstrated over the years.
