Telephone Screening

If you’ve applied for a role with us—whether as a Support Worker or within Operations—you’ll first receive a friendly telephone screening call from one of our team. This call is designed to:

  • Share more details about the role you’ve applied for.
  • Understand whether the role is the right fit for you.

This means you can expect a compliance process, and we’ll explain these steps to you during the telephone screening.

The Interview Process

If you’re invited to an interview, congratulations! We aim to make this a supportive and transparent experience.

  • No surprises! For Support Worker roles, we’ll provide the interview questions in advance so you can prepare and showcase your strengths.
  • Inclusivity matters to us. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and want you to feel confident and supported.

 

What to bring to your interview:

  • All necessary ID documents (we’ll explain what’s required during telephone screening but please see below for Right to Work documents)
  • Original copies of your documents so that we can begin compliance checks, such as DBS and right to work verifications, promptly if you are offered a role.

We comply with all immigration and employment laws, ensuring fairness and integrity. To confirm your right to work, please bring original documentation to your interview.

If you hold a time-limited visa, we’ll require two share codes:

Receiving an Offer

If you’re offered a role, congratulations again! We’ll guide you through the next steps to get you started as soon as possible.

Compliance checks: Your offer is subject to checks such as an Enhanced DBS check, references, and Right to Work confirmation. We’ll process these through our trusted third-party provider and keep you updated at every stage.

Timely processing: To help us move quickly, we encourage you to provide your documentation promptly.

Starting Your Journey with Us

Once all checks are complete, we’ll welcome you into the team with:

  • A comprehensive induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
  • Ongoing support, including regular supervisions, training and development opportunities.
