Eden Futures delivers specialist support to individuals across a wide geographical area, spanning the Midlands, the North of England, and surrounding regions. We support people to live successfully in a variety of accommodation settings, including self-contained apartments, specialist single-storey properties and shared houses. Regardless of the setting, every person we support has their own tenancy agreement and the security, independence and privacy of their own front door.

Our Nantwich development consists of five bungalows, nestled within the peaceful residential streets of the historic market town.
The spacious bungalows are designed to support individuals with specialist needs and have a bright, modern feel with an open plan living/dining space and separate kitchen.
Just a short drive away, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of the town. Nantwich boasts a lively live music scene and a variety of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants offering diverse cuisines. There is a wealth of local amenities, including a dentist, doctor, Post Office, leisure centre and town library all within 2 miles of the property.
The city of Crewe is only a 20-minute drive away. Renowned for its railway, Crewe provides excellent transport links via both train and bus.

Our Netherhall development, consisting of eight bungalows is situated in a quiet residential street, bordering the City of Hull.
All of the spacious bungalows have a bright and modern feel with an open plan living/dining space and kitchen. There is LVT flooring throughout the properties.
A short drive down the road, you will find yourself emersed in the centre of Hull’s rich maritime heritage. Hull offers beautiful parks, as well as a range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants encompassing a variety of cuisines.

Our Rochdale service consists of twelve apartments and eight bungalows designed to support individuals with specialist needs.
All properties have a bright and modern feel with an open plan living/dining space and separate kitchen. There is LVT flooring throughout, providing easy maintenance.
A short drive down the road you will find yourself emerged in the centre of Heywood. Heywood offers beautiful parks, as well as a range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants encompassing a variety of cuisines.
A 30 minute drive via car will have you in Manchester City centre and both Bury and Rochdale are 10 minutes from Heywood.

Our new service in South Normanton will provide five specialist bungalows, designed to support individuals to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their local community. Developed in close partnership with the Local Authority, we have been working collaboratively for some time to identify individuals who may benefit from this provision, ensuring the service is tailored to meet identified local need and demand. Referrals have already been identified, and discussions have been progressing in the background to support planned transitions into the service.
The environment has been specifically tailored to meet individual needs, from the design of the internal living spaces through to the external layout of the site. Every aspect has been carefully considered with long-term sustainability in mind, ensuring the service can provide a true home for life for the people it supports.

This close working relationship has been instrumental in shaping a service that reflects local needs and delivers positive outcomes for individuals requiring specialist support.
