What matters most to us is hearing the voices of those we support, especially feedback about the impact of the support they receive. It’s a moment for us to pause, listen and understand what’s truly important to the people at the heart of the organisation.

Our recent survey, completed by individuals we support has given us powerful insight into what we’re doing well and where we can keep growing. Feedback that will shape the future of support, making sure it stays truly personalised, respectful, and centred around each person’s wishes, needs and aspirations.
