Eden Futures is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Pilkington as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), who joins the company on 28th September 2026.
Victoria’s appointment comes at an exciting time of continued growth for Eden Futures. Following the acquisitions of Care Wish and Complesso, alongside the continued opening and development of new services, the company now employs more than 2,300 colleagues and supports over 950 people across a wide geographical area.
As Chief Operating Officer, Victoria will join Eden Futures’ Board of Directors and work closely with the organisation’s Executive and Operational leadership teams to support the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred services and the organisation’s ambitions for the future.
