Lynsey is shortlisted for The Communications Guru Award, recognising the power of impactful campaigns and influential communications in the sector.
Thanks to Lynsey’s energy and vision, our website, social media and internal communications have become vibrant spaces that celebrate the incredible work of our teams and the achievements of the people we support. Her work is fun, engaging and always authentic with personality. As well as creating beautifully produced company magazines and internal communications, she has played an important role in reshaping perceptions of careers in care. Through carefully crafted messaging and compelling stories, she has helped showcase the rewards, growth, and meaning in care and support work in our recruitment campaigns.
