Sovereign-backed Eden Futures acquires Complesso

Eden Futures, a specialist provider of supported living services backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, has acquired the West Midlands based provider, Complesso.

Founded in 2015, Complesso operates a fully supported living model, employing almost 500 staff who provide comprehensive support to individuals in their own homes. The acquisition strengthens Eden’s presence in the West Midlands and complements its existing service model.

Eden Futures provide high-quality supported living services for over 750 individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism, or mental health conditions across the Midlands and North of England. Those supported by Eden Futures live in a range of accommodation styles including individual apartments, specialist single-story properties, and shared houses.

Since partnering with Sovereign to enhance service offerings and geographic reach, Eden Futures has maintained its commitment to quality care while expanding through integration with several providers including HASS, Supported Homes Ltd, Essential Futures, and Care Wish. Including Complesso, the Group employs more than 2,300 team members dedicated to delivering high-quality support services.
